Gardner College seeks to fill leadership needs in the Church of God in Canada through intensive study of the scriptures, theology, Christian education, and music. As a center for Christian studies, Gardner does offer one, two, three, and four year programs of study. Students pursuing a 4-year liberal arts degree can transfer after two years to cooperating schools: Warner Pacific, Warner Southern, and Azusa Pacific.

The Center for Christian Leadership has a study program developed and tested over 20 years. The center has three tracks available for participants: Certification in ministerial Studies, Certification in Biblical Studies, and Certification in Leadership Studies. The participant will receive a framed certification upon completing 50 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) of study with the Center or other recognized continuing education programs.

The school is unique in that all courses offered in class sessions are also available by video and audio cassette.
