Serving in ministry for over two decades, Mark has much experience working with students and churches, and he has a passion to see students become the leaders God has created them to be. He has led numerous work camps and retreats; played a major role in birthing a church in Chelyabinsk, Russia; spent six years in baseball chapel with the Dodgers and the Royals; and biked 1,425 miles from Lake Wales, Florida, to Buffalo, New York. But most important to Mark, he has been married to Vickie since 1983 and is the father of Gina, Zach, Austin, and Timothy. Mark has an incredible heart for those he works with and for God’s church. He is committed to equipping future leaders of the church and further developing those now in leadership. He firmly believes that “if we lose this generation of young people, it will not be because we challenged them too much but too little” and that “you can impress from a distance, but you impact up close.”
