About the Global Gathering 2013

Welcome to the online headquarters of the Global Gathering of the Church of God. As more details emerge about this upcoming event, they will be posted right here.
The Global Gathering will be an experience like none other. We will celebrate our global connection in Christ, and equip the body of Christ to meet the needs of a changing world.
Through the coming together of believers from a wide array of cultures, you'll have the opportunity 
to:
- Experience the unifying power of Jesus Christ
- Celebrate diversity within the body of Christ
- Hear stories of the global church
- Learn how the global church is addressing universal struggles common to ministry
- Discuss ways the church can meet the needs of a changing world
- Refresh our connectivity with the global family of God
There will be worship services in multiple languages, dynamic speakers from inside and outside the Church of God, special music presentations representing the broad spectrum of world cultures, opportunities for fellowship and networking with our global partners, and dialogue with ministers from around the world about issues that affect everyone—regardless of nationality, culture, or location. You and your church will be inspired and reenergized, as well as afforded the opportunity to get equipped for meeting the needs of a changing world.
The Global Gathering in Anderson, Indiana will serve as the North American Convention of the Church of God in 2013 only. The familiar NAC format will resume in 2014.
Just imagine a worship service filled with believers from all over the 
world. Picture a forum composed of representatives from every country in which the Church of God has a presence. Try to envision the magnitude of hundreds of thousands of people connected in person and via the Internet, worshiping the Lord in unity, hearing the stories of the global church, and equipping each other for transformative local ministry.
From June 22–25, 2013, Church of God people from around the globe will convene in Anderson, Indiana for the Global Gathering. During the same time, Church of God people in various regions of the world will stand together as the body of Christ and participate online with those gathered in the US.
Come! Meet your global family! We will stand together as the body of Christ, and we'll take what we've learned and experienced back to our local spheres of ministry!
