Goal:Leaders who are Christ-centered Disciple-makers.
"All are CALLED to be Christ-centered disciple-makers who are called to grow in Character, called to grow in Competence, and called to grow in Connectivity. A Christ-centered disciple-maker is one who passionately loves and obeys God, sacrificially serves others, intentionally shares Christ's love and is in community withother believers."
